We found this work route as the most efficient way to send orders to our clients.

Open the calendar to select the specific client before the further process.

Create the property license, follow the link in the calendar (your last copied info is a property address).

Check all the extras that the client has ordered. Such as Virtual Tour, Floor Plan or Matterport 3D Scans. Also possible Virtual Staging.

Create Full Resolution or (FR) 3000×2000 px & MLS 1920×1280 px and images for Virtual Tour images are also 1920X1280 px if ordered. All image resolution is 240 dpi.

Rename all of them accordingly (FR/MLS/VT) to the property address.

If there is one – create a Virtual Tour in Animoto (your memorized “paste” option is still property name). Use it if needed for renaming files.

While Virtual Tour is rendering – download a Floor Plan from Cubicasa to dedicated folder.

ZIP the Property License/FR/MLS/Floor Plan (if present) in one zip file (paste property name in zip name).

Upload files to WeTransfer.

ZIP only the Floor Plan folder. You will need to attach it to your email.

In a Word file, prepare a letter (your address is still in memory). Choose a template according to what you will send. Images/Virtual Tour/Floor Plan/Video or 3D.
On the bottom also prepare the SMS text. Same property location, same agent name

Download Virtual tour & upload to YouTube.
Insert all the required info on YouTube such as property name, add to lists, press PUBLISH.

Use property front image from Virtual Tour folder for thumbnail. Or MLS. The difference – MLS has a watermark – Virtual Tour – does not.

Copy link – insert it in a Word file.

Copy the uploaded WeTransfer ZIP file link.

Insert it in the Word file.

Copy Word files’ content.

Open Gmail – select the client from calendar.

Click on his/her email – paste the Word file information that you entered.

Adjust subject line, add BCC line to: lingetomas@yahoo.com.

Attach MLS files.

Attach the zipped Floor Plan (if included).

Send everything to the client.
Copy phone number and enter in textnow.com. Copy SMS text and send to client.

Mark it in the calendar. ALT+V. Creates √.

Proceed to the next.
